রিফান্ড ও ব্যালেন্স নীতি | Refund & Balance Policy
১. ব্যালেন্স যোগ করা | Adding Balance
ওয়েবসাইটে ব্যালেন্স যোগ করার আগে পেমেন্টের তথ্য ভালোভাবে যাচাই করুন। সফল পেমেন্টের পর ব্যালেন্স স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে যোগ না হলে পেমেন্টের প্রমাণসহ সাপোর্টে যোগাযোগ করুন।

২. ব্যালেন্স উত্তোলন | Balance Withdrawal

Added balance is generally non-withdrawable and cannot be returned to the original payment method. It is intended for purchasing services on the website. ৩. অর্ডার বাতিল ও রিফান্ড | Order Cancellation & Refunds

Once order processing has started, cancellation or a refund to the original payment method is generally unavailable. If an order cannot be fulfilled, an appropriate amount may be credited to your website balance after verification.

৬. রিফিলের সীমাবদ্ধতা | Refill Limitations
অর্ডারের আগে সংশ্লিষ্ট অ্যাকাউন্টে ফলোয়ার, লাইক বা অন্য কোনো পরিমাপ ১,০০,০০০-এর বেশি থাকলে সাধারণত রিফিল সুবিধা প্রযোজ্য হবে না, যদি না সংশ্লিষ্ট সেবার বিবরণে ভিন্নভাবে উল্লেখ থাকে।
If the relevant account already has more than 100,000 followers, likes, or another applicable metric before an order, refill protection generally does not apply unless the service description states otherwise.
